Ultimate Frisbee

On Friday 8th June 10 children from Astley took part in the Ultimate Frisbee event at Taverham High school.

The children spent the morning participating in a range of activities to improve their Frisbee throwing tactics.

After lunch they had a chance to use the skills in matches. It was a very windy day and the Frisbees were not easy to control. This caused lots of laughter as Frisbees flew around them but they managed to win a game.

Mrs Herring and Mr Riches were very proud of the determination of the children learning a new game and how well behaved they were.
